INCLUSION THROUGH AN INTERSECTIONAL LENS: Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consultant Tania Richard will lead a workshop that empowers individuals to be more inclusive in their personal and professional lives. Participants will learn terms and definitions, explore identity, bias, and power dynamics, and practice inclusive behaviors.

ABOUT TANIA RICHARD

Tania Richard is a published writer, actress, playwright, teacher, and antiracism consultant. Her platform, Tania’s Take, showcases her podcast, essays, DEI educational content, and videos. Her experience in DEI, professional development, and executive coaching includes work with Fortune 500 Companies, tech startups, non-profit organizations, universities, theatres, theatrical productions (including Broadway), and presidential campaigns. She has shared her commentary on OUT Chicago, NPR’s The Story, All Things Considered, and WTTW’s Chicago Tonight. As an actress, she has performed on Broadway with Steppenwolf Theatre Company, The Goodman Theatre, and The Second City, among others, as well as television, film, and commercials.
